LATE CHECKOUT PROCEDURE

• Depending on the guest’s flight schedule he/she might request for a late checkout.

• While allowing the guest a late checkout facility following things must be taken into account.
• Occupancy of the hotel.
• Type of the room.
• Inventory situation in the relevant category of the room.
• Whether the room is blocked for any VIP / Repeat guest etc.
• Whether the room is blocked for any early arrival/committed special requests.
• Whether the room is required for any maintenance/ housekeeping purposes.
• Number of early arrivals scheduled.

• If the room inventory permits for a late checkout, it could be offered until 1600 hrs without any extra charge.

• Beyond 1600-1800 hrs guest should be informed that he/she would incur half days room charge.

• Beyond 1800 hrs guest should be informed that he/she would incur full days room charge.

• Following Guests are eligible to have a late check out without an extra charge until 1800 hrs
•Rack rate paying guests
• Special attention guests
• Guest with prior permission of catering/ sales / marketing or exec. Office.
• Long stay guests
