NO SHOW

• Print out the no show list for the previous night. This is part of the morning activity.

• Call local companies and check for the reason.

• Check if the booking needs to be amended for another day.

• File all no show reports along with relevant details.

• If no shows are through the sales offices inform them on the occurrence.

• If there are recurring amount of no shows from specific companies, the information needs to go to the sales office.
