HANDLING MAILS

A. Handling of in house guest mail/courier. 
  • Bell Desk would inform about a guest mail/courier
  • Call the guest and inform accordingly.
  • If the guest is not in the room, a message to be left for the guest to call Front Desk.
  • Leave a log message, if the mail/courier is to be delivered by another shift.
 B. Handling mail/courier of expected arrivals.
  • Bell Desk would inform about a guest mail/courier.
  • Make a note on the reservation correspondence. Highlight the note.
  • On arrival make sure that the same is handed over to the guest.
