EGGLESS CAKE

EGGLESS CAKE
INGREDIENTS 


  • 8 oz. plain flour
  • 3 oz. margarine
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 tsp full baking powder
  • 3 oz. sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • about 1/2 cup milk and water
 How to make eggless cake:
  • Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Mix in the margarine, add the sugar and vanilla and mix to a dropping consistency with the milk and water.
  • Turn into a greased 7 inch tin and bake in a moderate oven for 3/4 to 1 hour.
