CORNFLOUR CAKE
Ingredients - 4 oz. cornflour
- 1 oz. flour
- 2 oz. castor sugar
- 2 oz. butter
- 1 tspful baking powder
- 1 egg
- Little milk
- Cream the butter and sugar, and add the egg beaten with a little milk.
- Then add the sieved cornflour, flour and baking powder.
- Put into a prepared cake tin and bake in a moderate oven for about 1 hour.
